This is your username, and it is the same as the beginning of your Hartnell email address.

This is one of the buttons you'll need to click to create a person page. After signing in, you will click "Content" in the top black bar, and then this option appears.

When you're ready to place your flexpage in the menu, you'll need to click the "Menu settings" tab when editing your page. You'll also need to place a checkmark next to THIS text.

Very few people have the permission to edit this page- this is the page most people land on first, and you can get to it by clicking the little house icon to the top right when you sign in.

When you are ready to make your flexpage available for everyone to see it on the website, THIS is what you have to do to make sure your page goes live.

When placing your flexpage in the menu, THIS is the "item" that your page will be placed under. It's almost like your page is this item's child!

As you are creating your "Person" page, you will input your information, then scroll to the bottom of the page. Right above the bottom of the page, THIS is the dropdown option that you need to select for your "person" to show up in your Workbench.
What is the "Site Section" dropdown option?

When you are ready to publish your page, you can either click "Edit draft", then click on the "Publishing option" tab to the left, or you can click on THIS tab along the top.
What is the "Moderate" tab?

This is the option you will need to uncheck to change your page's URL address. For example, if your page is titled "Test 1", the URL address will be automatically assigned as "www.hartnell.edu/Test-1", unless you uncheck THIS option.
