What is the difference between a suspended license and a revoked license?
Suspension- can't drive for a period of time (typically 6-12 months), bu the license is eligible for restoration, but you do not get it back right away after the suspension period is finished. Have to apply.
-Revoked, you no longer legally have a right to drive. Typically for 1-5 years, but can be revoked indefinitely. Once the period of revocation is over, you can apply for a new license.
How much cannabis are you allowed to carry on you in Illinois?
30 grams, or about an ounce, of cannabis flower cannabis concentrate, is 5 grams. Cannabis-infused products, such as edibles or tinctures, is 500 milligrams of THC. Illinois visitors are allowed to possess half of those amounts.
