Gather personal information, and report it through Maxient (IR). Choose "Res Life Bias Related Concern" under "Nature of Report".

After the end of the last round. You can edit it after submitting if there is anything else that comes up.

Knock, announce your name and role, assess the scene, collect IDs, and take a picture of the alcohol.
How should you respond to a card reader malfuction?
Test the card reader system, call Emergency Maintenance if unresolved, and consult with ACOC if widespread.

Direct the resident to submit a Maintenance and Environmental Concerns Form, and call up consult on further steps.
