Static, because he doesn't change his views in the world, the only changes is that he becomes older.
Draco Malfoy

Dynamic. (along with other characters) Draco realizes how evil Voldemort is and doesn't want any part of it... he also changes the way he acts around Harry, who towards the end of the story, saves him from the fire that in the room of requirement.

Dynamic, because Ralph was a bad guy in a game, but wanted to be good.

Dynamic, because at the beginning of the story she was very self centered and she lost a “valuable” necklace and didn’t tell her friend, whom she borrowed it from. She worked hard to earn money to buy back the same necklace to replace the one that she lost, and when she finally bought it back she had changed so much that her friend hardly noticed her.
