What is the difference between a Capsule and a Collection?

Collection: This is a subcategory of the zone, which is tailored to a trend of the season. Typically this will cover one section or capsule of the store. This changes by the layout.

Capsule: The store is sectioned by how the customer shops through, think of it as pinball or ping pong. Capsules do not change and are pernamently fixed.

What is the difference between a recommendation vs suggestion?

A recommendation is when we bring product to the customer in her size to either compliment an outfit,  or as an alternative. Recommendations can take place in any zone but we do typically recommend in our fitting rooms. 

A suggestion is when we casually show case product without directly passing them off to a customer.  Suggestions are typically made on the sales floor after determining a customer’s needs and wants. Suggestions can be casual and fairly general.
