They pick up donated items from porches (where the name “PORCH” comes from!) and bring them to the Hub.

These are purchased from local farmers, such as transplanting traditions, and others are donated from local grocery stores' food nearing its sell-by date instead of throwing it away, and others are purchased

Families must do this before coming to shop at the HUB each month to get food

These people sort and organize monthly non-perishable items and check their due dates before they are put on the shelves
