What is our Play Captains program?
A place to relax, use your reset plan, and regroup.

An opportunity for teens to get paid to earn their lifeguard certification. Nearly 500 applications later, in summer 2025, we helped PPR meet 20% of its hiring goals and open all of the pools for a third summer in a row.

A small group of Fab Youth Philly program alumni. This is a paid position and members meet at least twice monthly between September and May. This group is tasked with planning events, reviewing training, supporting participant recruitment and outreach.
