This can be found under the incident report and you simply click the box indicating that it is just a memo of conversation.
Is there a way to edit an II prior to actually submitting the form?
Yes, you first push preview and before you submit you should read through it again.
When submitting a Title IX report what information should you include?
As much information as possible, REMEMBER you are not an investigator just put what was said to you.
How do you remove the label so that the student is no longer under your Cohort?
You click into the group/cohort, then select the student you are wanting to remove, and select the name of the label in order to remove it.

How can you submit multiple photos in Eagles 360 under the incident report?
Put all the photos in a single word document and upload that document as only one document can be added to the report.
What is the proper steps if you cannot find someone to do an intentional interaction?
Reach out via email, text, or phone call. If still unable notify your ADRL and submit an intentional interaction outlining the steps you took to make contact.
