Call family within 24 hours of accepting the referral, text family if they do not answer. Wait 24 hours if they do not return call/text to text again and try to text them again at a different time of the day. Wait another 24 hours before reaching out again; contact SC if family does not reach out by the 3rd time you've tried to reach family.
