What is Meal count sheet?
Completed at enrollment for children 12 months and Under for providing nourishment.
What is Parent Preference Letter?
It is done by selecting one or two children to help with paper products at meal service

Includes any 2 meal components
What is a snack?
41 degrees or below
and
165 degrees and above
What are safe temperatures?
This number comes ONLY from weekly roster
What is Total Daily Attendance?
Must be completed at enrollment and yearly (July), and submitted to Debbie upon completion.
What is the CACFP enrollment from?
All components are present and offered, children do not have to have all components on their plate to start eating. Children serve themselves, and teacher model.
What is family style Food Service?
Contains Milk, Fruits, Grain and/or Protein

This count is only done during meal

What is checking paperwork and counts for accuracy?
Must occur before meal service and before preparing food
What is hand washing?
Contains all the following Milk, fruit, vegetable, grain, protein
What is Lunch?
This occurs after breakfast and lunch
What is tooth brushing?
It occurs when meal count is not recorded at time of service or is miscalculated.
What is meal disallowance or loss of reimbursement?
This date must be placed on ETA
What is first day in Program?
This must happen for a meal to be counted and reimbursable
What is having ALL components on table prior to meal service?
This is needed for all children 0 to 12 months old on a daily (Meal) basis.
What is Infant Individual Menu?
This is submitted by 3rd business day of following month:
Weekly roster, Meal count , CACFP time logs, delivery tickets, menu changes, Infant Menu and infant meal count by individual name
What is month end paperwork?
Incorrect meal counts and or incorrect attendance counts.
What are common errors on paperwork?
List of special meal/substitution that must be in each classroom and in office file cabinet
