What is the Geosphere? What is it made up of?
The Geosphere is the skeleton of our planet. All other systems are built on top of it.
It is made up of all the rocks and minerals from earth, from the biggest boulders to the tiniest grands of sand and all the landforms that those rocks and minerals make up are part of the geosphere. They include volcanoes, canyons, beaches, and mountains. If it is made up of solid earth it is part of the Geosphere.
What is the Hydrosphere? What is it made up of?
All water on earth is part of the hydrosphere. This includes water in glaciers, lakes, oceans, rivers, streams, and even precipitation in the clouds.
What is the Biosphere? What is it made up of?
This sphere includes all life forms found on planet earth which includes humans, animals, & plants.The biosphere contains different biomes, or a region with similar animals, plants, and climates. The living things have adapted to living in these biomes. Biomes include deserts, swamplands, grasslands, and wetlands.
What is the Atmosphere? What is it made up of ?
This contains all of the gasses on the planet and it wraps around and covers the entire earth.
