1. Check the Prioritization list make sure the store is live on EAFSM
2. Provide steps to open the CFA Support app before scanning the tag.
3. Ask what happens when they scan.
What does a technician do if an asset is not listed in FSM?
Technicians can create assets in FSM by adding asset information and photos when prompted that "Asset Not Found."
Once submitted, the asset will need approval which takes up to a few business days. The "Asset Creation Request" section in FSM will show request statuses.

Yes, Restaurants have the ability via the Support App to make data corrections to assets listed at their Restaurant.These data corrections go to the appropriate Asset Management team (Natalie’s team for RD; Ryan's team for DTT) for approval and data entry prior to anything being updated in the system.
