Attempting to influence legislation;
Organizing or engaging in protests, petitions, boycotts, or strikes;

Engaging in religious instruction, conducting worship services, providing instruction as part of a program that includes mandatory religious instruction or worship, constructing or operating facilities devoted to religious instruction or worship, maintaining facilities primarily or inherently devoted to religious instruction or worship, or engaging in any form of religious proselytization;

What is tobacco use?
The Member is expected to, at al times, while acting in an official capacity as an AmeriCorps Environmental Conservation Corps Member:
1. Demonstrate mutual respect toward others;
2. Folow directions;
3. Direct concerns, problems and suggestions to the appropriate program official; and
4. Not engage in any activity involving proselytizing or assisting religious organizations, attempting to influence legislation or an election or aid a partisan political organization, helping or hindering union activity, or aiding in business organized for profit.
At no time may the Member:
1. Engage in any activity that is illegal under local, state or federal law;
2. Engage in activities that pose a significant safety risk to others.

What does SNAP stand for?
Program shirt, earth-toned shorts or pants, and close-toed shoes or waterproof boots

When do evaluations occur?
Within 24 hours of the accident and 48 hours of a Doctors' visit
When must an incident report form be submitted?

What is personal protective equipment (or PPE)?
To improve lives, strengthen communities, and foster civic engagement through service and volunteering.
What is AmeriCorps mission?
When all four of these statements apply:
1. I am not on AmeriCorps time or representing AmeriCorps (i.e., not planning to record these hours)
2. I am not using an AmeriCorps or program "channel." (e.g., program/site email, acting as admin of a site social media account)
3. I am not wearing AmeriCorps gear (nothing with the AmeriCorps logo)
4. I am not using a device owned by the program or site
When is an individual considered a private citizen?
Between 10% and 20%
How much of a Member's service term will be spent on training and development?
If conducting ECC business and one of the following:
1. They are traveling in an ECC vehicle to or from a service event.
2. They have obtained explicit permission and training from their supervisor to travel in a personal or sponsor vehicle in order to fulfil l the needs of the placement, and the sponsor either explicitly assumes the Member’s travel liability or provides full reimbursement.
3. They have obtained explicit permission from their appropriate Program Director to drive in a personal vehicle.
