Duties of Principals
Administered by the principal, these math tests take place in Grades 3, 6, & 9.
What are the EQAO tests? (p. 100)

This staff member ensures that all workshops, labs, cooking facilities, and gym equipment are safe and checked on a monthly basis.

These two pieces of legislation state that teachers owe a duty of care to their students due to their special relationship of trust.
What are the Education Act & Regulation 298? (p. 105-106)
This thing issued by the MoE states that school boards must designate three PA days and may designate up to an additional 4 PA days per school year.
What is Policy Program Memorandum 151? (p. 117)
As prospective teaching candidates, we need to understand the duties of teachers and principals under the Education Act and its regulations. We need to learn about the implications of these duties by exploring real-world disciplinary cases involving the OCT, the Ontario Courts, and Canadian Court systems
