- A DD calls in reporting the CP does not have the food ready and it is past the PU time.
- A DP sends us an ezD ping stating the CP does not have the food ready for PU.
- You are a Dash Agent working a late order and you discover the food was not ready for PU.
- You are a phone agent or working Salt and the CP calls in stating they are not going to have the food ready at the original PU time.
