What if I can't swim and I'm nervous about being baptized?

You don't need to be able to swim to be baptized! You can practice with a priesthood holder about how to hold their arms and pinch your nose while being baptized. If you are still nervous, you could ask a priesthood holder about getting a blessing. Also, don't forget to pray that you can be calmed. Heavenly Father loves you!

No. Every child in the stake will have an individual time for a baptism.

Before the baptism or after the baptism or both! Pictures should not be taken during the baptism.

What should I do on the morning of my baptism?

Get ready early and help your family to arrive early. Don't forget to pray before you leave the house!

Can I be baptized with a friend from my church class or the stake?

Yes! Shared baptisms can be really fun and memorable!

Should I bring refreshments to the church?

Refreshments eaten at the church aren't encouraged, but you can invite your group back to your home for a party!

Is there a place in the Come Follow Me Manual that gives me and my parents tips on how to prepare for baptism and confirmation?

What if someone I love can't make it to my baptism. Can I broadcast my baptism?

Talk to your bishop to authorize a stream. The stream should not be public. The baptism should not be recorded for future viewing. Streams must be deleted within 1 day (Handbook Section 38.2.3)
