- Soften Wax with Oil (Baby oil -- Johnson&Johnson! Olive Oil) - Use mixture of warm water and hydrogen peroxide in a syringe to rinse several times (Place towel around px neck to catch fluid) -MD offices have technology machine that does this.

Mild infections : - Rubbing Alcohol and vinegar (Helps dry and cool the ear) - OTC ear drops with drying agent Moderate to severe: ABT ear drops (better in 1 to 2 days) RTP: Out of the pool for atleast one day if on ABT. Persistent Otitis Externa may require more time out of water.
