YES! No more than 30 minutes.
How long should your weekly ward coordination meetings last?
Shouldn't last longer than 15 minutes. It should be a stand up meeting.
Scenario - You are on your way to knock the door of a non-member and see a member neighbor, outside in the driveway. What do you do?
TALK TO EVERYONE! There is importance in interruptibility. It may not be what you were there to do, but the Lord placed them there for a reason. Thrive on those opportunities!

Visit with them beforehand to discuss what you're going to teach so they are as prepared as possible!

Your purpose. This is precious time we have been given to share the gospel and help others come unto Christ. Don't waste an hour of your time just because you're tired. The Savior knew His purpose, you should too:)
