- RBT Certification
- DSP 1
- DSP 2
Name 3 important things to remember regarding the company vehicles.
- Take your trash out after all outings. Staff and Client trash
- Gas should not be at less than halfway.
- Log mileage for each trip
- Complete a Vehicle inspection
- Once a week cleaning(Possibly make this an outing, NH?)

Time and Attendance Policy
How many minutes after your scheduled time is considered Tardy?
5 minutes after scheduled time in.
Excessive tardiness is 3 times in a single pay period or 2 tardies in 2 consecutive pay periods.
All shifts.
When should you check your email and Teams messages?
Within the first 45 minutes of your scheduled shift.

Can you have conversations with your teammates on the floor?
Of course you can!
We love the bond you guys all have with each other. We ask that you keep it professional, include the residents in an open conversation, don't let it affect your level of care.

Submit a PDL request in Kronos and follow it with an email to PA, CC LVN Manager and OC. Please stop submitting papers, especially under the door.

If you are going to call out for the day, at least how many hours prior to your shift should you be notifying us?
At least 4 hours prior to start of shift.
If you are calling out 6 day within 12 months or 3 days within 3 months, that is considered excessive absences

Monday.
