ALL OF IT!!! If it is not signed by the Chief, it legally shouldn't count.

Current utility bills, bank statement, government check, or paycheck containing the name and address of the voter. The document cannot be more than 12 months old. Acceptable in physical or electronic form.
Should I get the voter to fill out a voter application with the SDR?
While not required by law, the SDRs are almost impossible to scan due to the green color. Please ask the voter to fill out a voter application.

No. Pack everything up properly. Everyone wants to go home at the end of the night, including the Registrar.
