Remember during early voting a Sheriff's deputy will pick up the ballots and transport them back to the elections department. BUT the poll workers are responsible for transporting the ballots back to the elections department at the end of election day.

What is square key unlocks outside of all Hart machines, blue key unlocks/locks Hart tablet, and red key unlocks ballot box?

What is 'suspend polls' during early voting and 'closing the polls' on election day?
Remember the Hart printers do not require you to suspend or close the polls you just PRINT YOUR REPORTS then power the machine down using the red power button on the back.

Remember we use Mrs. Chambers name stamp on the ballots during early voting and on ELECTION day the judge signs each of the issued ballots.
List the paperwork you need in order to successfully conduct the Provisional process.
What is secrecy envelope, green affidavit of provisional voters, list of provisional voters, orange notice to provisional voters, white legal notice to provisional voter from tax office (only if there was an issue with their ID), and statement of residence (only if there is some type of demographic information that needs to be correct)
Remember if you are unsure give us a call, BECAUSE if this process is not executed properly it could cause an issue with being able to count the voters casted vote.
All the Hart machines automatically print the closing report when you close the polls.
What is false?
This is true for the Hart Scanner and the Hart Touch Writer. You should not have to print the reports before you close the polls on these 2 pieces of equipment. This should automatically print. Remember this is true for opening as well. If you end up with a machine that does not properly do this reach out to the elections department.
REMEMBER the Hart Printer DOES NOT automatically print the reports BECAUSE there is no longer an option to 'suspend or close the polls' on this machine. Once you print the report you simply power off the machine.
