Yes, Look under past orders.

Under services. It will show you what the different locations can do or what they offer.

What is the correct way to send a message to the location?

Conversations-click the message bubble with the green plus at the top-select quick message-put the entity number in the "to" box-add who you want to send the message to- type the message and send.

If a customer wants a receipt for a previous rental, how would you do that?

Under the customer management, search their number or contract number, find the correct contract number under past orders, click the number and on the right hand side click receipts for this contract, pull up the correct one and send and email.

If under the preferred method of contact for the general manager, they list his/her personal number, do we give the customer their number?

No.  We do not give out the personal number of the General Manager to the customer.

Under the ESL tab, how would you search for a reservation?

At the top left, choose the way you want to search it (phone number, document number etc) and input the information.

Customer needs the number to traffic but is driving and cannot write the number.  What can you do to help the customer?

Pull up messenger, send the customer a text.

Yes, they would be under current orders and will have their own tab.

From the Cross contact page, How would you find out the Traffic extension and the phone number for them?

Find the MCO number on the bottom right and add 300 to the number.  Click on the MCO number to get the phone number.

When looking at the ESL,  what would the color green mean?

Locate the legend at the top right and it will show you that it means scheduled.

Can you send the location an instant message if they are closed?

No.

If a customer requests to change any personal information for them (email, phone etc) under the CMT can we?

No, they would need to log into their verified account and make those changes.
