No. Catholics worship God alone. Although Mary is very special because we wouldn't have Jesus without her, when we pray the "Hail Mary" we are simply asking for Mary to PRAY FOR US. All saints are in Heaven, close to God, so it's a wonderful way to add some extra strength to our prayers.
