It depends. How many books can you read in a day, in a week, over the weekend? No more than 10 may be checked out at once.

2) Fill out a slip for the book hospital.

How long can you keep a checked out book?
Until you are doing enjoying it. It can be a day, a week, or a month. Just remember to return it when you are done so someone else can enjoy it.

1) Put it back in it's home on the shelf if you know where it is.
2) Put it in a blue basket.
3) Put it on the return cart by the front door.
