It refers to the type of play. Example are comedy, tragedy, mystery and historical play
GENRE
The VISUAL BACKGROUND on a stage that tells you where the action is taking place.
SCENERY / SET
The art of speaking and moving to create characters in plays, movie, and TV. It is an actor PRETENDING to look, feel, and think like different characters.
ACTING
It is the change of pitch or loudness of the voice
INFLECTION/TONE
It refers to the meaning of the story. It is the main idea or lesson to be learned from the story.
THEME
They are the group of people who watch the drama. It is consider to be the most important element of drama, as all of the effort put in to writing and producing a play is for the enjoyment of the audience.
AUDIENCE
Clothing and accessories worn by actors to portray character and period (time).
COSTUMES
It refers to the force that influences the behavior of the character
CHARACTER MOTIVATION
Refers to how well the voice carries or is spoken to the audience
PROJECTION
They are the people portrayed by the actors in the drama/play
CHARACTERS
The particular manner of verbal expression, the diction or style, the speech or phrasing that suggests the type of characters.
LANGUAGE
Any article (except costumes or scenery) used as part of a dramatic production. It can be any movable object that appears on stage during performance
PROPS / PROPERTIES
It is the process used in evaluating how the elements in drama are used to create impact to the audience

The mode of expression in the delivery of lines (dialogue)

A conversation between two or more characters.
DIALOGUE
It is the shaping of dramatic material, settings or costumes in a deliberately realistic manner

It is used to set the mood or feeling by proper placement, intensity and its color.

It refers to the actors' voices as they speak that help in establishing the mood of the play and build the impelling force that may lead to a climax of the story

This is SOMETHING WE HEAR that is sometimes used in plays, movies, or shows TO CREATE A CERTAIN MOOD OR FEELING (such as suspense or fear)

SPEAKING
These are the nonverbal expression that refers to any movement of the actor's head, shoulder, arm, hand, leg, or foot to convey meaning
GESTURES
The visual elements such as sets, costumes, special effects. It is everything that the audience sees.
SPECTACLE
A long speech made by one actor which can be delivered alone or in the presence of others
MONOLOGUE
Costumes, wigs, prosthetics, and body paint are used to enhance/change a person's image to transform an actor into a character
MAKE UP
The proper use of the lungs and diaphragm muscle for maximum capacity and efficiency of breath for speaking
BREATH CONTROL
It refers to the physical and vocal aspects used by an actor to convey mood, feeling or personality
FACIAL EXPRESSIONS
It is used to create a specific style or effect.
CONVENTION
It is a short comment or speech delivered directly to the audience or to the actor himself, while others on stage appear not to hear. Only the audience knows that character had said something to them
