This is the written form of a play.
What is a script?
The company that the telegram was sent from to create an alibi for Mr. Stevenson, saying that he wouldn't be home and had to work late.
What is Western Union?
The lady who answers the phone at Mrs. Adams' house and announces that Mrs. Adams has suffered a nervous breakdown.
Who is Mrs. Whitney?
the events following climax and leading up to the last event of the plot.
What is falling action?
The name of the killer in "Sorry, Wrong Number" who answers the phone and tells the police that they had the wrong number.

This was the near-death experience in the middle of the play that made Ronald think that the Hitch-Hiker was trying to get him.

What is the resolution, or dénouement?
The words or conversations spoken by characters to each other. Much of what you learn about the characters, setting, and events are revealed in this conversation.
