Do not put them back and do not let them dry out. Protect them by placing a damp/sterile dressing on the organs. Do not let anymore harm come to the person and organs. CALL EMS!

If you can put on gloves. Have the little sister tilt her head down, pinch her nose and use a tissue to catch the blood. Wait for the bleeding to stop. Make sure to ask what happened to cause this. If the bleeding does not stop call EMS (20 minutes-ish)

Catch the person if possible. Have someone call EMS, grab a first aid kit and put on gloves and a mask. Check ABC (Look for the object). Start with compressions then breaths. Everytime you do the breaths check for the object and if the breath goes through.
