Have referrals been made? -Are there any signs and symptoms or special monitoring staff should be aware of that could be a sign of complication or should be reported? -If new medications have been prescribed have they been faxed to the pharmacy and will be they be available for pick-up? -Are there any follow up appointments that have been scheduled or need to be scheduled?
