It's getting late into the evening and the evacuation order is still in place. This service area is responsible for arranging safe temporary accommodations for evacuees to hotels/motels, billets, or congregate lodging. Transporation to and from these facilities may also be part of the task.

I am the first connection for evacuees coming to the centre and I direct those will urgent needs directly to Personal Services for assessment. Part of my role is to be alert for potential media infilitration and illicit photography.

It is suggested you keep this on hand as sometimes in a large scale disaster the power is out and stores are unable to use debit/credit machines or operate their tills and you (or your family) may need to purchase an essential item (ie. water or food)
