Do something to take your mind off your worries (this can be anything you like:  play a game, spend time with your pet, go for a bike ride, read a book, draw, listen to music)

Try to calm your worries by using positive self-talk ("I can do this", "it will be okay")

Calm your body by thinking about and visualizing (making a picture in your head) your favorite place.
