Explain the Contemporary Theory.
Cognitive appraisal causes ANS arousal, behavior, facial expressions, and feelings. ANS arousal, behavior, and facial expressions also create a loop that adds to feelings. Those same feelings re-effect cognitive appraisal and the cycle continues.
