Johnny doesn't live with his birth parents anymore, and has really nice new parents. Johnny says sometimes this feels "confusing". Why do you think this could be confusing or hard for Johnny?

He misses his birth parents even though he loves his new parents, maybe he doesn't know it's okay to love both birth parents and new parents, he might feel sad about missing them, he might feel sad his new parents aren't his birth parents. These are all normal feelings and it helps to talk about them.
