What is call or text Doc/ AJ?
The 2 most common days teachers use sick and/or personal days. It is often hard to secure subs during this time.
What are Mondays and Fridays?
Limit the use during the school day. Keep on vibrate or out of sight.
This should reflect quality instruction and should be posted by teachers no later than 4pm on Mondays. AJ is going to do better monitoring and looking for copy and pasting?
What are lesson/ instructional plans?
Term used to define District standard rates for mileage, meals, and lodging.
What is Per Diem?
The series of videos required by the District that must be completed by September 30

Term HR uses to describe thin straps, tube tops, low necklines, strapless tops, bottoms that are form fitting.

60% of grades should be classified as this. It should include test, projects, Employability Rubric, and performance assessments.
What are Summative assessments?
Teachers should refrain from this area during instructional time. This area should only be used during teacher planning time.
What is teacher/ instructor's office?
This should not be done during the school day w/o approval from admin. You must also clock in and out.

What is Microsoft calendar?
It is shared with administration and should be updated periodically. It should reflect the teacher's willingness to build relationships with parents.
What is parent/communication log?
The first or last name of both the new School Counselor and Guidance Clerk.
What is Sadie Conner and Brenda Searcy?
The legal responsibility we all have for the welfare & safety of students assigned to them. Failure to do so can result in a disciplinary infraction or even an lawsuit.
What is supervision?
Phrase used when Doc determines the timing and whether personal days are approved.
What is "in the best interest of students and staff"?
It is a requirement from HR that you meet with this group in the Fall to discuss how you are going to manage the health, medical, and future financial needs of you and your family.
What are Ward Services/ Benefits/ Open Enrollment?
A legally bonded document that outlines how students with disabilities should be supported. Adhering to it is not an option.
