I would try to assist the customer and If i wasnt able to solve their problem, I would contact my manager and make sure they stepped in to help me and the customer.

I was working on a team and we were trying to build a nativity scene at church for the Christmas Play. No one was organized or had any idea what to do. So I took over and split the groups up into teams and gave each team a "boss". Each team had a goal and they had to accomplish certain tasks. In the end we got everything done.

Being respectful, listening to what is asked and doing the things that are asked of you to do.
