What is physical health?
Your body being healthy / the ability to perform daily tasks and live comfortable in one’s body
What is mental health?
the state of well-being in which an individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of live, can work productively and is able to make a contribution to his or her community
What is stress?
this is what you feel when you are worried or uncomfortable with something. This worry can make your body feel bad. You may feel angry, frustrated, scared, or afraid - which can give you a stomach ache or headache

Allergies, asthma, bruises, the flu

Use a coping skill, talk to a trusted adult, go to the doctor, etc.

Make a list of priorities, try to get something taken care of and off your plate, use coping skills, etc.

You are less likely to notice hazards, you could get others sick, you are less productive, it takes you longer to get healthy again
Is mental health less important than physical health?
NO! They are both SUPER important to being a great human being!
What are two healthy habits for the work day?
Get enough sleep, eat a balanced diet, eat a good breakfast, not too much caffeine or sugar, take time to relax, breaks when you can, stretch and move around
