Timing is when the "kick out occurs"

Sensitivity is the setting on the machine to allow for detection.

No, this ensures contamination cannot fall onto the top of other combos. Typically 8 pallets high.

Why do we do ‘butyric’ swabs on pre-op?

To determine if any anaerobic bacteria, don’t like oxygen. Gas to blow up chubs. We do 5 in ground beef equipment and 5 in the production area.

The combo liners should be replaced- be careful to not to add debris to the product.

What is the difference between ATP and APC swab on pre-op equipment?

ATP stands for adenosine triphosphate, the energy molecule that exists in all living cells. Like the residue of fat on a belt.

APC is count of bacteria.

We swab before sanitizer because the chemical affects the results.

The team member should notify their supervisor. the supervisor should stop production and notify FSQA before starting production again, depending on the object.
