Email using correct template (student org or department) to the automatic contact if it is a DEPARTMENT and to the orgs fund manager if it is a STUDENT ORG 6. Sign "Best Regards" and your Name 7. Someone from a student org or department calls with a complaint: My Web account wont work, it says that i'm inactive even though i received a confirmation email from OneStop that said my Web account was approved". What should you check?
1.Check that their web account is active (Configurations>Web>Web Users) in the drop down menu. 2.Check they they have a group in the right-hand column of the Groups tab 3. Check that they have the correct Process Template under Process Templates (either Student Org or Faculty and Staff View&Request)

Pull out the SILC binder and check the list! OR Pull up the group on EMS and check the Comments section, it will tell you if they are an exception and for where!

Go to Groups, and either 1. search for their student org and click on contacts OR 2. click Filter and select "contacts" instead of "groups" and search for their name

Pull up a reservation using a Reservation #?
Click on Navigation then type the number into the blank field and hit enter! It will pull up the reservation for you

What is GREEN-There's nothing in the Web notifications, but there might still be web requests, better check! RED-There's at least one notification in Web Notifications, I better take care of it.

Someone wants the John Muir Room one week from now, making a Muir room reservation is different from normal reservations because you have to do this:
What is Check the availability both of the John Muir room and the East Ballroom (They're connected). Because the Ballroom needs to be booked 3 weeks in advance, you MAY book the muir room, but ONLY when it is within 3 weeks (because then it is unlikely that someone could reserve the ballroom).
