What is the difference between fixed mindset and growth mindset?
A fixed mindset is "bad". It is when we tell ourselves "I can't do this" . We need to have a growth mindset which is "good". That's when we encourage ourselves to keep going. Ex. I can do this!
When you are frustrated, what is one way you can calm your mind at home AND at school?
Home- talk to parents, listen to music, lay with a stuffed animal, pet the dog/cat + more
School- 5 finger deep breathing, ask the teacher for help, calmly talk through situations with friends without yelling
