No, the primary / custodial parent must sign a HIPAA for them to be able to access records.
What are the next steps for someone who was closed due to engagement to re-enter treatment?
Come in during Open Access for a new intake. If the client is eligible for RR, they can be scheduled an IT.

If we receive an out-of-state order, do the parents need to renew the agreement in NY?
