in HEAD, you go to manager users and under the archived contact click "unarchive".
What kinds of travel policies are available at launch for flights?
Total price - Admins configure the max total price for roundtrip. The amount set will be automatically halved for one-way flights.
Cabin class - Admins configure which cabin classes that their users can book.
Can modifications be made directly in the platform?
No they cannot. Users will have to reach out to member support for modifications.
Who gets automated confirmations when a hotel is booked?

No, at this time you can only earn miles by traveler number. This is a feature we hope to have soon in the future
How does Engine make money on rental cars?
There are two different ways we make money. For retail rates, we will get a commission from the car rental company. For net rates, we will add a markup so that we can make margin. In the future, we plan to off additional options like insurance coverage.
Can we hide Trip Expenses on Itinerary Confirmations?
Yes, this is a setting under user preferences - booker will always see full details and traveler will be limited
What does MOP stand for and what are the steps to apply it?

Bi-weekly billing is the statement period or billing cycle the company has chosen.
Net 15 day terms is the time they have to pay their bill.
