False. The purpose of this class is to learn using your OWN brain and words. When you copy, you don't learn. Also, this is a false representation of your work and is a type of plagiarism.

False. This is called "self-plagiarism". The purpose of doing coursework is to learn. If you copy yourself, you are missing an opportunity to learn. Also, this is unfair to other students.

True or False. Making up statistics for a presentation or HW assignment and presenting them as fact is OK especially if you know you read it somewhere but can't remember where.
False. This is a type of cheating and making up statistics (even if you think you read them somewhere) is a way to spread false information. If you want to talk about something you read but can't remember the source, that is OK as long as you say you don't remember the source and that your facts might be flawed.
