Flat: A person with flat affect does not express emotion the way other people do.
Round: Round characters have many layers to them and cannot be defined by just one character trait.
Static: A static character is one that doesn't change from the start of the story through to the end.
Dynamic: A dynamic character is one who changes and evolves throughout the story. Which can usually be the protagonists in the book.
