Explain both the Maya Highlands and Lowlands.
Highlands are located in the southern Yucatan peninsula, and are above sea level. The Lowlands are located on the northern coast of the Yucatan Peninsula, and are at or below sea level.

Explain Pok-a-Tok.
Pok-a-tok was a ball game where two teams competed. They were not allowed to use their hands or feet, and the purpose was to get a 6-pound rubber ball into a hole that was around 20 feet high. The losers or leader would get sacrificed.
