How do you go from a decimal to a percentage?
You multiply the decimal by 100 (because percent means "out of 100") OR you move the decimal two places to the right.

What is the difference between theoretical and experimental probability? GIVE AN EXAMPLE OF EACH USING A COIN
Theoretical probability is when you predict outcomes using math; experimental is when you actual try it out in an experiment. An example is flipping a coin. We can predict that the chance of landing on heads is 50% and tails is 50% (theoretical). But when you actually flip it ten times, you can get heads 70% of the time and tails 30% of the time (experimental).
