What is Transactional Analysis?
TRANSACTIONAL ANALYSIS gives us a simple and practical method for understanding human behavior. It also provides a useful tool for examining frustrations, confusions or ineffective communication.
Based on the following premise:
• People learn at an early age ways of feeling and behaving that tend to become habitual, regardless of their continued appropriateness.
• Feelings, perceptions and thoughts cause behaviour.
• Feelings, perceptions, thoughts and behaviour can be controlled.
• You can help other people to modify their feelings, perceptions, thoughts and behaviour.
