This event code is used when you've contacted management and they've requested significant changes to the recruitment AOC. The start date should reflect the date the POC notifies HRSC of the AOC change. The end date should be one day after the start date.

The event code used when a selection has been made; however, the package is missing required documents (i.e. pay setting worksheet, selectee provided documents, etc). The start date documents the date we requested the missing info, while the end date is the date we receive information, documents, and/or a decision.

This event code is used to document when a PPP match is detemined to be well qualifed. The start date shall reflect the date the PPP match is found well qualified. The end date shall reflect the date the job offer is accepted.

This event code is used when an RPA was received with missing/incomplete/conflicting information and the information was NOT received within three workdays of request from the activity POC. Start date is used to document the date the RPA was returned to the originator. The end date is not required unless RPA is returned to the HRSC.

This event code is used to document when the an recruitment RPA has been sent to the processing division. The start date is the date the action is sent to processing. The end date is 1 day after the action is sent to processing.

This event code is used when the HRO/Activity requested an RPA to be returned, closed, canceled, deleted, OR a significant change in classification or crediting plan occurs. No data should be input in the end date field; however, the start date must include the date the HRO/Activity requests the RPA to be returned, deleted, canceled, closed, or significantly changed.

To be used when the first external certificate is issued. This event code includes summer student certificates, OPM, DE, TERM, and TLA. The start date should reflect the date referral list is issued.
