What is the proper protocol when lighting is present
Spread your group out 100 feet from each other if possible. Stay away from tall, isolated trees; flag poles; totem poles; or other tall objects. If you are in a forest, stay near a lower stand of trees. If you are camping in an open area, set up camp in a valley, ravine, or other low area, but avoid flood-prone areas. Remember, a tent offers NO protection from lighting. Stay away from water, wet items (such as ropes), and metal objects (such as fences and poles). Water and metal are excellent conductors of electricity. Crouch Position - Better to move to safe location. (NWS)

This is an extremely important document and must be presented by your crew leader at every staffed camp and when you pick up food. Your crew leader should keep “Your Life” in a waterproof plastic bag at the very top of his pack

What wrong with this statement: TAKE A LONG HOT SHOWER EVERY NIGHT JUST BEFORE BED TO WASH THE DIRT, SWEAT AND BACTERIA OFF YOUR BODY. BE SURE YOUR SHAMPOO HAS A CONDITIONER BUILT IN TO PREVENT DRY SCALP AND SUNBURN. AND THAT YOU BRING ENOUGH ANTIPERSPIRANT ALONG ON THE TRAIL. NO ONE LIKES A SMELLY CREW MEMBER. (find 8 things wrong)
Long, Hot, Shower every night, Night, Shampoo and Conditioner, Sunburn, Antiperspirant, We like crew members regardless of smell or appearance
