Yes, Patients can switch back to vials. We must transfer them to the HUB & contact the HCP to inform and request a new prescription if possible.

Group 1 - These are patients who are new to us and have a prescription.

Group 2 - These patients have been with us before and already have a prescription available.

Group 3 - These are patients we’ve dispensed to before, but there is not currently a prescription available.

Group 4 - So they’re completely new patients, but we don’t have a prescription for them yet.

  1. Warm Transfer to ConnectiveRX will determine if the patient is eligible. 

  2. Report the PQC.  

  3. Once ConnectiveRX has approved it we will receive new program called "Replacement"
