Residential Scholars are provided sleeping arrangements on site. Additionally, there are a few activities they get to participate in (depending on the program) during the evening hours. As well, it provides the full college experience of staying in the dorms and having roommates

No, it is the responsibility of the family to secure their visa; On their student portal there is a consul and acceptance letter they can bring with them

Multiple roommates can be requested, depending on the program and availability. For this, a case needs to be created to our Scholar Services Team. You will need verbal and written communication from all parties involved and attach the written confirmation to the case.

How do scholarships work? And how much of the tuition does it generally covers?
Families must apply online at the Envision website. Scholarship awards range from 0% to 30% of tuition.

If a family enrolls into the program and pays full price, but decides to cancel - how much refund would they qualify for?
It depends - if it is before the refund deadline, then they can qualify for a refund of tuition minus their deposit. If it is after the refund deadline, then there are no refunds available.
Who watches or works with my student? What kind of training do they have?
Senior Management Staff have a bachelor’s degree or above. Advisors, Educational Support and Scholar Experience Teams are at minimum, upper classmen in undergraduate studies, with a majority having a bachelor’s degree or above. All Envision employees go through extensive background check, and intensive training on facilitating to students and sexual misconduct training

ISLP: When travelling for this program - what are some of the most important things to remember about arrival and departures in each of the locations?
Majority of students will need to apply for visas and making sure they are aware of the arrival and departure airports and that flights are not included in this tuition.
Students arrive in one city and depart from another!

If a family wants to transfer their tuition to next year, and they call 24 days before the program starts, how much is the transfer fee?
No, All transfers have to be done prior to 30 days out from the start of the program!
