How can you collect a lab?

From brain, select the beaker icon, scan patient, select which lab you're collecting, print label, then scan the label to populate collection info. Accept.

How can you reschedule a medication? 

in MAR, click the time it is due (blue box) change the action to "due" then edit the date/time, give a reason, accept.

"Care Considerations" (previously Disruptive behavior Alerts) can be filed where? see previous events where? Where else can you chart an increasingly agitated patient?

Flowsheets-Assessment, very bottom "Shift Event" *this is filed for 1 year. on the Pts story board you will see a red warning flag and a red highlighted banner- where you can look at previous events. Under Flowsheets, SASS tab (may have to add in) fill in as appropriate. Should also have this option during admission paperwork.
